A public space by the Shindian River. It is the origin of water sources 100 years back and is the only landscape space without dike. It provides citizens to stay and enjoy beach view. There are rent-a-bike stations offering bicycles for people to ride to tour the beach. When holiday comes, it is turned into a waterfront pub for young people to meet and to kill their time.
