The Taipei Water Department has officially launched the leasing of the Gongguan Building, strategically located in the prime Gongguan area. Boasting excellent transportation links and over 33,000 of premium office space, the building presents attractive commercial opportunities in Gongguan. It is poised to integrate activities from the nearby Taipei Water Park, historical sites, and ecological tours, enriching local tourism and invigorating the business district, thus establishing a dynamic new hub in Gongguan.

Situated at No. 1 Siyuan Street, near Section 3 of Dingzhou Road in Taipei's Zhongzheng District, the 10-story building offers unobstructed views of the Jingmei River and Xiaoguanyin Mountain, providing a picturesque setting with superior accessibility. The building is expected to open in 2026. These briefings will be held on June 18, 2024 (Tuesday) at 2 PM, and June 24, 2024 (Monday) at 2 PM, at the GIS NTU Convention Center (B1, No. 85, Section 4, Roosevelt Road, Da’an District, Taipei City).
